Hey, I'm Kate. I weighed 135 before going to college and then gained the dreaded "Freshmen 15." This is my blog of my journey to loose the weight (and then some) during the summer months before returning back to college. I just had an amazing salad.

Ugh, so good. It was strawberries, blueberries, leaf lettuce and balsamic vinagerette. I’m going to figure out the calories at work…post it later.
