Three Months.

Hey, I'm Kate. I weighed 135 before going to college and then gained the dreaded "Freshmen 15." This is my blog of my journey to loose the weight (and then some) during the summer months before returning back to college. I'll update it with recipes, quotes, tips, work out exercises, etc. Three months to loose the weight. Three months to a happier me.

My current symptoms: Nausea, severe joint pains, fatigue and general malaise.
