Smaller portions.
Well, duh. Smaller portions are required to loose weight. However, when you go out to eat, sometimes ordering something large and forcing yourself not eat all of it is hard. That’s where the kid’s menu comes into play. Order off there and your portions are automatically small for you.
When at home, a helpful trick is to use smaller plates.
And okay, maybe a Happy Meal wasn’t the best choice in pictures for a diet blog. Sorry ‘bout that.
